the lobby has a fantastic interior design. my superior double or twin room was bright. a local store sits very close by. it was great to grab snacks and drinks there.

the air conditioning was quite loud. also breakfast was slightly overwhelming for the weekend staff. they seemed very busy with refilling the buffet. clearing tables was difficult for them too

the breakfast was awful!!! the coffee machine was always broken, never had latte or cappuccino. the spa timings are ridiculous too. it was overcrowded with kids until 6pm and then adults swarmed it at 8pm. it's impossible to relax!!! wifi was terrible. i had to buy extra data just to watch youtube videos. i am so frustrated!!!

The hotel provides very convenient parking options, including both outdoor and underground spaces (I paid approximately 100-150 PLN per day). I found the breakfast to be abundant and satisfying. It included plenty of options that would satisfy any appetite (especially the waffles!).

I was disappointed with the heating system. I couldn't turn it off in my room. The jacuzzi was out of service (a real pity for me!).
